Gino Dizon studied literature at the Ateneo de Manila University. His stories about Angeles, his native city, have appeared in various publications such as Likhaan 8: The Journal of Contemporary Philippine Literature (UP Institute of Creative Writing) and Maximum Volume: Best New Philippine Fiction 2014 (Anvil). His essay on the maximal form has been published in Kritik/Critique (UST Press). He is currently based in Makati, where he works for an international humanitarian organization.
